2200uF @ 35VDC caps disguised as 6800uF @ 50VDC caps. Very sketchy!  :o

I'm guessing someone made it just for this purpose (the photo / meme). Even Chinese knock-offs are designed to save money. I can't imagine going through all this trouble would save money. Seems it cost more.  :-\
