That's a good one, and reminds me of a gaffe I made when I first started using Microsoft Front Page to build a better website (first one was hand-coded HTML). Front Page came set up by default for a Microsoft server (can't recall the name), but I was uploading via FTP to a UNIX system. When I first tried to "Publish" my page, it really just saved it, and when I clicked to view it, the link in the browser referred to the local files. I had to find a tutorial on Front Page to get it set up right. A little embarrassing, but I guess we all start somewhere. :-[
