I don't know why I just realized this, but the irony of this meme is that what she's working on doesn't even relate to what they're working on. Those breakers / contacts on DIN rail don't really use use gender references.  :-X

I think the internet enjoys stupidity.  Remember the one woman "soldering" while holding the heating element part of the iron? lol
