While I was, and still am missing a lot of stuff used to create the content on my original site, I still do have a lot of extra stuff that was either leftover from what was in the one storage unit I didn't lose, in my RV or sent to me by kind people trying to save me after Parallax laid me off. If there's something you need, don't be afraid to post.
To most it may have seemed unlikely that I would have a "spare" device programmer, and yet I did. There's a LOT of hardware available. Anyone can post a message if they're looking for something they can't afford. If I have it, I am happy to share, as has always been the the spirit of Savage///Circuits.

I have a list of things I was looking for. It needs to be updated since much of it was sent to me. As I knock off these articles, I will update the list, but mostly I am just missing hardware that would allow me to wrap articles. As I get things updated, I will update the list.
By the way, thank you again for something you sent me some time ago that will eventually allow me to recreate a retro project I have on this site and am working on a redux. ;)

Actually, I am looking for a tiny
PS/2 keyboard (maybe the size of the Parallax PS/2, or smaller, but
not USB) and also one of the tiny keyboards like the Poquet PC:

For any of those, a broken system would work, although any pocket MS-DOS system which does work, would be used as is :P . Like I have said several times, MS-DOS was the perfect system for a computer (but Linux is better for an IT system.)

Thanks Chris! The one from Adafruit is now ordered! I did check, and their keyboard is compatible with microcontrollers, and has been checked out with PJRC's PS2_Keyboard library for Arduino. That should definitely work for the PicoMite BASIC systems. Also, with it being so small, it may very well work at 3.3V, so it may not even need the voltage level converters.
Plus, what can I say, I just like Adafruit. :P

I think there's DOSBOX (https://www.dosbox.com/) or FreeDOS or even just MS-DOS (https://opensource.com/article/18/3/can-you-run-dos-raspberry-pi) for Raspberry Pi and I want to try that out on one of my "unused" R-Pi modules. I have MS-DOS software on my website that I wrote back in the early 90s that would be cool to try out again after so many years.

DOSbian "turns" a Raspberry Pi into a "DOS-booting" PC. It says that it works with a Zero, but runs slowly. A Pi 3, or greater should go great. I'm going to try it on one of my Zero 2s, the higher specs may let it work decently.

I have noted over the years that some sites track a session (being logged in / out / cart data) using a "session ID" encoded into the URL. It will also sometimes have information that tells where the page was redirected from, etc. I don't question it too much if there is an alternative shorter link for a product page. But I will admit that some sites seem radically inconsistent, like DigiKey / Mouser. I can search for products and then open the search results into a new tab and have a direct product link, but sometimes I get a longer link too and I'm often not sure why.
P.S. - I save that product in one of my lists on Amazon, but I'm not sure if I will get it or the one that Adafruit used to sell. I found it still available on Mouser or DigiKey for about the same price. I need to decide which one would have the best mount / wiring option.

Good, when I looked, the one that I saw at Mouser was showing as "discontinued," like Adafruit. That one would be better than the one on Amazon, for prototyping.
