As many of you may remember, Savage///Circuits TV (https://savagecircuits.com/sctv/) had 12 episodes before I moved. I don't recall how many Short Circuits (https://savagecircuits.com/short-circuits/) videos I had posted as they were somewhat random.
When my storage unit was emptied someone got all my USB HD backups of everything including password. I later found my YouTube channel completely deleted of all videos. Without the backups there was no way to put everything back up. It just happened that I had an older iPod that had the first 10 episodes on it in full-screen (not wide-screen) and I put up those low-resolution videos.
I wasn't as worried about the Short Circuits videos as they were mostly engineering humor that I created. The most notable being the "Optimist, Pessimist, Engineer" video as well as my "Ice Bucket Challenge" video, done with a robot co-host. As I mentioned when I started over, Short Circuits will no longer be engineering humor, but rather short demonstration videos.
This leaves Savage///Circuits TV (SCTV) to be full-length episodes, with the short demo videos left to Short Circuits. I am happy to announce that with the completion of the Acrylic LED Sign Shim (https://savagecircuits.com/acrylic-led-sign-shim/) project, I am almost finished with my first new Short Circuits (https://savagecircuits.com/short-circuits/) video, covering this Shim and it's use with the materials in my LED Signs. When completed (today or tomorrow) it will be posted in the Short Circuits board (https://savagechats.com/index.php?board=27.0), as well as the Short Circuits (https://savagecircuits.com/short-circuits/) section of the main website.
The current Short Circuits video had a few rendering issues last night. By the time I realized what was happening, it was pretty late. I will revisit this tonight and make some corrections so I can finally publish this video. In the mean time, the Shim project has been posted.
