Title: A1 Printer Issue
Post by: Chris Savage on May 12, 2026, 09:25 AM
My A1 was down on May 6th after I sent a print home, then received an extruder error about 20 minutes later. I wasn't home to deal with it, so I cancelled. When I got home, this is what was on the print bed.

At first I wasn't sure what happened. But I was in a hurry to finish the print, so I moved the new roll of filament to the P1S and everything printed fine.

The ejector / deflector was wadded full of filament!

It took me several days to get back to this, and my first few attempts at cleaning the nozzle failed to yield results. Finally, I replaced the Hot End and now we're back up and running.
