Someone obviously had way too much time on their hands!!!
I've seen many different versions of this on Facebook.

Facebook is where I originally saw it. The version I saw pulled the mouse down and beat it's ass which was sticking up through a hole.
Though this be the first one I seen where the mouse is hung.
