What's wrong with this picture?!? ???
Mario's box is covered by a birdhouse. If Mario jumps underneath the box, the coin is blocked and he cannot get the money. ;D
Your computer set up has zero RGB lighting..... lol
Y'all didn't notice that the P1S is gone (https://savagechats.com/index.php?msg=5008). A coworker came and picked it up this morning for $400.00. All I have left are the two P2S printers, and they're not going anywhere.

Ditto. ;D
I mentioned to Marilyn that you showed a picture of your desk, without the printer, and asked what was wrong; and the answer I posted - she laughed. I hope that you got a bit of a chuckle out of my answer, too.
Congrats, Chris. I need to get more of my stuff up for sale.

It was quite imaginative and amusing. ;D
So, did you decide to make it a bit easier on Mario by moving that birdhouse? :P

Actually, I did. Neither of those items were intended for those shelves. I was just out of room at the time.

Sorry, not being a gamer, I completely miss the references. I thought that Mario was a man (specifically a plumber,) not a hedgehog. And I have nothing to let me recognize "Eggman or Robotnik". So, sorry, but I don't get the comments, could you explain? Thanks.

As a gamer, I did get the reference in the context of
what he was talking about, however I had to go back and re-read each message several times and still don't see how the Sonic reference fits in.
Sorry,
@JKnightandKARR but you lost me too. ???
Just to be clear, I have these games (RetroPie), however, this isn't a game I have played since it first came out on Sega consoles back in the early 90s.
I guess that I am missing how they tie in with the Mario-related post about the coin box. ???

Compitition from Sega basically lol
I see. A bit subtle for me - I know about Nintendo, and Sega, but not much about their competition. And, probably the only reason that I know that Mario was from Nintendo is because we had an NES many years ago. As far as knowing which games come from which company, it's just a random guess. :-[

Nintendo and Sega used to be big-time competitors; Sonic used to be Sega's Mario, so to speak. Well that joke didn't work..... lol

I owned the Sega Master System as well as the Sega Genesis, when it came out. I was definitely partial to the NES stuff. Even the games I liked the most were on NES / SNES. I didn't buy another Sega system after the Genesis. That said, my thing with Sonic was two-fold...first of all, I've always had sensitive ears, especially to high frequencies. The constant sound of rolling through hundreds of rings at a time was a bit harsh on my ears.
Also, the average monitor size back then was ~13". Sonic rolling through 10 screens of graphics in a few seconds was hard to keep up with, even when I was younger, on those smaller monitors. I should try it again now that I have two 65" TVs and the RetroPie supports HDMI.
P.S. - This thread got off topic and was two pages of NES VS Sega, so I split it off from the original 3D printing thread. 8)

Genisis, NES, SNES, 2600/7800 myself... I was always much better at Sonic then Mario, so to each their own.

I agree, everyone has their system preferences. I never liked PlayStation, for example. My kids had them and I just didn't care for the platform, but especially the controller and games available. BY then I was far more into PC games.
As for Atari...I used to have the 2600 / 7800 systems...but I haven't played them since the 80s! LOL
I'm pretty sure that the last Atari that I "had" was one that my father bought back in the early-ish 1970s. :P IIRC, it had four different versions of pong that you selected by moving a 4-position slide switch before turning it on.
