Darmok and Jalad at the Stargate?

I've been binge-watching SG-1 for a few weeks now (almost done) and just recently saw the episodes with Chaka (I think there were three). I'm not at the episode where the Ori plague is decimating Earth.

Fun fact: "Chaka", like "Kree", has more than one translation, but essentially means, "Hello".  ;)

Interesting, Marilyn and I have also been watching Stargate for the past several weeks. We are not binge watching, but a couple episodes each day. We are actually interspersing that with Murder She Wrote - Marilyn likes that, and tolerates SG1. Last night, we watched an episode of SG1 which had no Goa'uld, where there was someone who was very evil, and I asked Marilyn if that person was a Goa'uld.

For me, that is binge-watching.  ;)

Anubis? Or is it a female character?

No, like I said, there was no Goa'uld (S08.E05 ∙ "Icon") in this episode. It was the episode where the SG1 team came into a museum (their StarGate was a museum piece,) and awakened a "religious" sect, and also caused a world war between the two nations on that planet (Tegalus.) The religious leader (Soren) takes control of one of the nations, and is trying to take over the entire planet. Soren is the one that seemed like he had a Goa'uld, although he did not - he was just pure evil like one.

I remember that one. Daniel was stranded on the planet for some time. Good episode.
