Yeah, pg 12 of the manual I posted shows 23 total caps and like 11 are electrolytic, 1 mylar, and the rest ceramic, tant etc, inc one kind, boundary... I thought that was a bike by Schwinn...

Electrolytics are the ones you want to focus on. They're the ones most affected by age. Next would be the mylar caps. I would worry about the ceramics. Tantalums, meh. Don't put too much money into it because Tape Decks have other age related costs, like the belts / rollers / heads that end up needing to be replaced. Often it is hard to find replacements for stuff like that.
