Anyone a fan of Harbor Freight? I have the following items in my cart for my shed / garage. Reviews seem good. I guess I was wondering if anyone here had any experience? The only things I ever bought there were packing quilts, tarps and furniture dollies.

HFT 12-Outlet, 4 ft. Metal Power Strip

BRAUN 10,000 Lumen, 4 ft. Linkable Diamond Plate LED Hanging Shop Light

BRAUN 5500 Lumen, 4 ft. Linkable LED Hanging Shop Light

No, I have bought some stuff from Harbor Freight, and like the stuff that I got. But, I have not bought those items.

I do have this one (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hyper-Tough-4-ft-10000-Lumen-Plug-in-4-Tube-Integrated-LED-Shop-Light-Fixture-Grey-Finish-1-Pack/2485432664, from Walmart - $10 cheaper than the 10K Lumen that you mention.) It is currently sitting aside waiting for me to get the strength to put it up (or more accurately, until Marilyn lets me put it up. ::) ) In our old house in Pittsburgh, we had two of the predecessors to this (straight LEDs rather than inside a tube that looks like a florescent light,) and it was great; lots of light, little power. I wired it into the wall switches, and it was great. The difference is that these screw directly into the ceiling, rather than hanging.

So, I think you have changed my mind on the lights...I think perhaps I will just get two of these for my shed (start with one). They seem to be in stock at my store, so I could grab them on the way home. As for the mounting, the product page shows flush mount or chains. Do the chains not come with them?

Yep, you are correct. I just checked the box, and they include chains and S hooks for hanging. We just mounted them in our bedroom, and bathroom, and used flush mounting. The one setting here waiting for me will also be flush mounted. So, I just never thought about hanging; but now that I think about it, IIRC the older ones also came with chains.

If you change your mind, and decide to flush mount them you can do as I did: I took masking tape, and stuck it to the bottom (top?) of the light, and used a pencil to mark where the mounting holes are. Then I pulled the tape off and stuck it to the ceiling. Then I used my drill to put the mounting screws in to the ceiling - perfect fit for the mount.

I need the chains since my shed has no ceiling, just rafters / beams. But I think these will work nicely.

Sounds great, I hope they do as good a job for your shed as they did for my bedroom and bathroom.

So, I did stop and get, not one, but TWO of them. You might recognize some of the stickers on my red toolbox.  ;)

Thanks for the suggestion.

Honestly, the only thing I've had problems with was this: https://www.harborfreight.com/double-tube-flaring-tool-kit-58641.html I think this is the one I had, returned it easy, I wasn't the only one... lol

At this point, I think I will only be buying the outlet strips from there. I can't find a better deal. I just hope the quality is good.

Last night, Marilyn and I were talking about out our LED lights. We figured out that we bought them about seven years ago. When we moved out of our Pittsburgh house (four years ago,) our oldest son took one of them down and took it to his house. He is still using it in his house. So, that one has lasted seven years so far - not bad for ~$30 (seven years ago.)
