Smart Home Technology

I've created a little space here to discuss something that is not only important to me, but that I use on a daily basis. I used to be a Smart Home Consultant for several years. Watching several brands drop support for other brands helped me to move away from everything but Google.

My home is a Google Smart Home. I have at least one Google Home Hub in each room. Two rooms have a Google Hub Max. Each room has at least one light controlled by Google, however every room has the ability to control the lighting without Google, except my closets. Several rooms have fans controlled by smart outlets (which can be turned on / off manually) and several rooms have cameras in them.

I also have a Hubitat hub, which automates several things based on sensor feedback, time of day and or occupancy. If you're interested in discussing home automation or just Smart Home Technology, feel free to start a specific thread.
