Section 31 was first mentioned in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and has since appeared in or been referenced in other series and films, including Star Trek: Enterprise, Star Trek: Discovery, Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Lower Decks, and the film Star Trek Into Darkness. The organization is a secret, autonomous division of Starfleet that operates outside the law to protect the United Federation of Planets.

The cast of the movie is made up primarily of people from Star Trek: Discovery

I should have said "Until I saw your post, I did not know "Star Trek: Section 31 the movie" existed.

I had heard of "Section 31"; such as when the covert operations group Section 31 becomes interested in Dr. Julian Bashir and tries twice, unsuccessfully, to "recruit" him in two DS9 episodes ("Inquisition," "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges").

I have watched the complete series "Star Trek: Discovery" from beginning to end, one time. I found it OK, but not one of my favorite Star Trek series.

Word on the street is that in January 2026 there will be a new series, Starfleet Academy.

I think that we can all agree that there should be no more Star Trek. ???  Let's go door to door to get signatures on a petition:

I'm not sure about this comment... Did you actually watch the video? I thought that it was hilarious; thus my comment about there being too much Star Trek (taken from the "victim" in the video) was complete sarcasm.

I think I would rather watch:
Star Trek XII: So Very Tired

Mr. Scott struggles to reach the controls.

Star Trek XII: So Very Tired is a movie advertised on TV, billed as the "latest and greatest" adventure of Star Trek's original series cast. The commercial is seen by Bart, Lisa and Grampa.

The characters of Star Trek's original series are featured, although they have all aged considerably and become weary with their adventures. Kirk complains about his hernia and that "nobody listens" to what he says and reacts with boredom when informed by a cane-using Sulu that there are Klingons on the starboard bow. Scotty is also so overweight he can no longer reach the control panel in Engineering.
