As per the title, this is an entire set, excepting the Monitor.

Included items are:
  • TRS-80 Color Computer Model 2, 64K (26-3127)
  • Multi-Pak Interface (4 cartridge slots - 26-3024)
  • Plug'n Power Controller (26-1182)
  • Appliance and Light Controller Cartridge (26-3142)
  • Deluxe RS-323 Program Pak (with DB-25 connector - 26-2226)
  • Speech-Sound Pak (26-3144)
  • Diagnostics Pak (26-3019)
  • (Of Course...) Dragons of Daggorath Cartridge (26-3093)
  • CLOAD Magazine Alpha Draw Data Cassette
  • RCA RP3503 Personal Portable Cassette Recorder and Cassette Player
  • Cassette Recorder/Player Interface Cable
  • Tandy Pistol Grip Deluxe Joystick (26-3123)
  • Tandy Deluxe Joystick (26-3012)

Since I do not have a composite monitor, nor the time or energy to test, this system is offered as untested.

The Color Computer 2 systems that have been on eBay have been selling for $150 and up, for just the computers themselves. I would like to get about $350 (plus shipping) for this set, but as always my Savage//Chats friends get lower rates.  :D Is anyone interested in this?

Since this is supposed to be a home control system, I decided to throw in a couple of my X-10 modules. So...

  • Radio Shack Heavy Duty Appliance Module (61-2684B) - Tested *
  • Another Radio Shack Heavy Duty Appliance Module (61-2684B) - Tested *
  • IBM Lamp Module (HD465) - Tested *
  • Another IBM Lamp Module (HD465) - Tested *

* These items were tested by setting them to known addresses, and testing the appliance modules with a small desk fan, and the lamp modules with a small LED desk lamp. The desk lamp did have a light glow when off, but fully bright when turned on. I don't know if that is because of leakage due to the low-power LED, or the modules are not working correctly.
