New Legacy Published Projects Slider

I don't know how many of you pay any attention to the main website homepage: Savage///Circuits

For a long time, I had the same slider, which only changes during holidays (including geek holidays). I have added a new slider which displays legacy published projects. That is, projects that are published in a magazine. If you like, check it out and let me know if you see any issues. The new slider is a layered slider that has links to the project pages, as well as the magazine articles themselves.

I took a look at the source for that page, and was able to figure out some of the code for the slider. But it sure looks like you had a program to generate the code. Which page generator do you use?

The Kadence Theme that I used has several plugins. One is called, Slider Pro. You can also create "layer" sliders, which is what I did.

P.S. - I also wanted to remind everyone that, despite the forums being the bi-directional activity hub, the main website is where all the projects, tutorials, reviews and, eventually videos are posted.

I still haven't heard back from T&L Publications on what's happening with my next three articles, but once I do, I will follow up here. I've had to "rebuild" the prototype of the mousetrap to verify the schematic, since that information was lost years ago. Reminds me of how much fun I had building that.

I know the feeling... The Internet Archive has Zappbots on file, sadly can't access anything due to it wanting log-in...

Well you I think you figured out what was the cause of the ORIGINAL down fall of the ZappBots Forums back around the year 2021. It seems it was the "@#$%^&*()" Internet Archive Wayback Machine.

It did 42,389 captures between 11 Oct 2015 - 17 Jun 2025, that must have been part of what ate up all the forums available bandwidth, and why I had limit access to only logged in users.
