It definitely got my attention. In fact one is printing right now. I rotated it 45° on the bed, and then enlarged it so that it takes up almost the entire bed. I like big.

Well, that is a scratch. The yellow kept snagging in the spool, and that kept making the extruder not work right. I ended up having to cancel the print.

This is the filament that I accidentally ordered as a refill, rather than on the spool. When I first tried to print the empty spool, it turned out to be about ¹/₁₆" too narrow. I asked you, @Chris Savage for the link to the spool that you used, and the refill fit on that perfectly. Unfortunately, it appears that the filament actually got messed up from being on the bad spool. Since that spool never held together, the filament kept falling off the spool when it came apart. It seems that apparently caused troubles there.

I guess that I need to order some more filament. Speaking of which, after our meetup, I stopped at MicroCenter, and picked up two spools of white, and two of blue. They are the generic, Inlander brand, and only cost $10 per spool. Hopefully they will work. Unfortunately, MicroCenter does not carry any filament with the RFID tags for the Bambu Lab AMS.

Probably a refill, but I'm not sure that matters, since I have had spare original spools for a long time now and never had any issues with a refill jamming. Ironically, the tangle I had on the first A1 came from a complete spool / filament, not a refill.

I see, well this yellow filament has given me enough trouble. Maybe I can use it in my Monoprice printer - we shall see.
