I'll admit it...after rattling around in my brain, I got nothing. I don't get it.

I'll admit that it is kind of subtle - think about where you get power for most of your electronics (and electrical) devices... That's right, you get it from the wall outlet (some from disposable batteries, but mostly from the wall outlet.) With that fancy graphic, you think that this is going to be something profound, but then when you check it more closely, you realize that "duh" of course it comes from the wall outlet. The humor (or I should say "humour" here ) is that it is really dumb (silly) rather than the profound, that you expect.
