I'm not a twin. My brother is 12 years younger than me. 

...he just happens to have been born on my birthday.    

He's my big, little brother. He's 6'1" and I'm 5'8".

You wanna hear something funny? At 12 I didn't think it was cool that he was being born on my birthday. My party got cancelled because my mother was in labor. I just wanted my birthday present. When they told me my brother was my birthday present, I said, "I don't want him! I wanted an electronics kit! Return him and get my my electronics kit!"

In the end, I did get the kit, but it is funny to reflect on. My priorities at the time were, obviously, different.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Years everyone! Happy birthday to Chris and to your brother. In my family there is 5 birthdays and Mother's day in a 6 day period. Mine then 2 days later my twin nieces. Then in another 3 days my mom (who passed) and the next day her brother. I never met her brother before he passed. My mom was adopted and we reunited with her biological family about 11 years ago and by then my uncle lived in Las Vegas and soon after passed.
