Twenty one books for $30 (suggested price,) reminds me of the old "Book of the Month" clubs.  Several of these books look pretty good, and there is no requirement to purchase another book every month. :) I just wish that these were hard-copy books, although I don't really have room for more paper books, so .PDF files would be more practical.

Each of these books appears to be from Make and can therefore be found for free, the offer to send them all together makes this deal much sweeter. It may actually be worth the price just to avoid searching for them all.

Just a note on the price, for some reason, they ALWAYS have the price set to the 4th, in this case $30, but you can always use the 3rd, $25 for this, will give the same bundle. Anyhow, I just wanted to post it, I got the books on PDF already. lol Good info

Yep, I noticed that, that is the reason that I mentioned the "suggested" price.

Which book did you like best/get the most use from?

Sounds good. Do you have a recommendation for one, or more, of the books in this bundle?

I was thinking that this offering was to help raise money for "Make Magazine" and Open Source, but then I noticed:
QuoteThis bundle has raised $5,661 for charity!
So these books should be okay to take, especially the Open attitude of "Make". Just make sure that you support "charity." We tithe (one tenth - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tithe) to our church, and then give offering above the tithe, so I think that covers our support of charity.

TBH, I didn't even look at the link...I seem to be short on time or at work when much of this stuff is mentioned.

As for Wikipedia, I donate to Wikimedia Foundation every year. They've got me on sped-dial, err, speed-mail. I use that resource a lot, so I support it directly.

I always adjust my donations, so more $$ goes to Charity.

Thank you for reminding me...I had the email, but never responded because I was at work at the time.

I have these books in that bundle:
-Getting Started with Arduino, 4th Edition
-Getting Started with Raspberry Pi, 4th Edition
-Make:Raspberry Pi and AVR projects
-Make: Learn Electronics with Arduino

The bundles also always tell what any bundle is raising money for, in this case Code.org, a non-profit dedicated to expanding participation in computer science by making it available in more schools, and increasing participation by women and underrepresented students of color.
-Make: Getting Started with Sensors
-Make: AVR Programming
-Make: Getting Started with Soldering
-Make: Making Things Smart
-Encyclopedia of Electronic Components 1, 2 , and 3.

A couple of those (Wearable Electronics and Smart Home) look very interesting to me.

Thanks for the offer.
