Such irony! I just got off the phone with my wife. We were supposed to have soup / sandwich for dinner. I asked her why we weren't having Tacos on Tuesday, and she mentioned the holiday as well. So now I am stopping to grab meat on the way home, and we're having Tacos as well (homemade).

Home made sounds better, but ours was easier.

When I mentioned to Marilyn that Taco Bell is a "Mexican-ish" restaurant, she pointed out that it is a "Mexican-ish" restaurant for a "Mexican-ish" holiday (several of our Mexican friends have mentioned that almost no one in Mexico celebrates Cinco de Mayo. )
