Has anyone heard from Jim Fouch since the meetup? We talked there about him posting a couple of things on the forums here that didn't sell at the meetup, but he hasn't been back since his one post asking to join. Based on things he said at the meetup, I am somewhat worried about him.  :-\

I get together with him and Terry, you met at the meetup. once a month. He wasn't able to come to our May get together because of his chemo. He has good days and bad. I do know he is doing ok and I don't have much more info than that. I can reach out to him and ask if he is willing to share how he is doing.

If he's up to it. I didn't want to intrude. I just remember him saying he would be on the forums to follow up with us, and when I didn't see any activity, I was a little worried. Thank you for following up.

It's been another month and a half. That doesn't bode well.  :-\

Sorry, When I asked him to post 2 weeks ago he basically told me what to post and I got home late and I forgot.

Basically he has had 2 DNA blood test to show if the pancreatic cancer has redeveloped into a tumor and it came up negative, which is good news. He says he's not out of the woods since his form is an aggressive form and it will most likely develop somewhere else in his body. He says only 40% of those with his cancer survive to the 5 year mark.

Even with that said, he does have a attitude to fight this all the way but is also being practical. He's hoping for the best but planning just in case. I think he is planning on going to the get together.

Our prayers go out to him. Having lost a wife to cancer at 45 years old, I can empathize with what he's going through. Thanks for following up.

Prayed for him.

Glad to hear about the negative test results, and hope that the cancer is totally dead.

I hope to see him again, at the meetup.

Well, that's an interesting thought...do you suppose he will make it to the next meetup, @MicroNut ?

I informed him and my other friend Terry about it. I'll see them the Tuesday before and remind them.
