@granz. I will bring it! The display only is half lit up. One side appears off. I did a little googling and most sites said it may be just be that the cable is loose.

Jim did a lot of upgrade mods to it. Heated plate, stepper motors with finer precision, LCD controller. Knowing Jim, he had only top of the line upgrades on it. So even though it is older tech it'll be a good starter. Once I get it going I'll probably use a Raspberry PI 3 with octoprint and a camera to control it. I do have some filament Jim gave me but it has been in the basement for 2 years so it may not be any good.

Jim will be there so he can tell you what improvements he's done.

Update: I powered it up just now and everything looks ok. I don't know anything on how to operate it. I am doing research and I'll create a new post so not to hijack this post

Nonetheless, would you like me to bring a spare Bambu Lab spool to the meetup? I'm sure I have one or two that I am not using.

@granz while putting things away from the meetup, I realized I forgot to bring the two spools I said I would bring for you. I will ship them out this week. That was on me. Sorry.

I appreciate it, Chris, but don't worry about it. You don't need to spend the money for shipping - it will cost me less to print more than for you to ship them to me. If you still have them next year, you can bring them then. :P  ;D
