Do they have the Fourth of July in England? Yes, everywhere has the Fourth of July, they just don't celebrate it..

I remember a thing in Reader's Digest, from many years ago. A man was on a cruise on a British cruise ship. On the morning of the Fourth of July, he awoke and went out on deck. Posted was a large sign saying, "Happy Birthday America, Love Mum." Those Brits, always a class act.
